webservers, routers, and switches, is 99.846% according to What's Up. With our 99.5%
guaranteed uptime month after month, your website will at most be unavailable 3 hours and
36 minutes. Our clients understand that a 0.5% margin for error and network upgrades is
quite reasonable.
We never sleep!
We publicly display our network availability through
our website. Does your provider allow access to such information? It is a rare occurance
when we have a problem, and because we own our own network and equipment, problems are
delt with swiftly and quickly. Along with our redundency from network to server, we can
offer a true 99.5% uptime guarantee with no fine print!
Compensation for failure.
A guarantee is only as good as the issuer. Some
providers guarantee the uptime, but offer no compensation for failure. Because we can
stand behind our guarantee, we provide our clients with no charge for the month in which
we fail to meet our 99.5% uptime guarantee. Simply put, if a client hosted on one of our
virtual servers registers less than 99.5% for the month, then at the end of the month the
client will receive 1 month of full credit for their service.
